Attention DCSD Families,
We have recently sent out emails from FinalForms. If you did not receive those emails, please check your junk/spam folders. FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that allows you to complete and sign student forms for your students.
We are asking that all parents/guardians go in and complete the online forms. This will be how we plan to move forward in the future with forms and we need to ensure that all families are verified within the system.
Please use this link to register: https://downsvillecentral-ny.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
If you have questions or are having trouble signing into this platform please contact Sarah Hood (shood@dcseagles.org).
Thank You

ANTHRO 201 News: Mr. Morris’s anthropology students will be attending the Mdou Moctar concert in Woodstock on October 5th. The band hails from the country of Niger in West Africa in the Saharan Desert. They play fiery, Tuareg-style music. In class students will be researching cultural issues in that region from primary and secondary sources and posing possible solutions. Students will research the Tamasheq language, topics pertaining to Tuareg refugees, political autonomy, and environmental concerns. Their final task is a visual presentation. The concert will help students learn about Tuareg culture, develop students’ global perspective, promote empathy, intercultural awareness, and inspire students as they put together their final presentations. Hi DCS community!
My name is Sierra Meres. I went to Downsville Central School and was part of the 2007 graduation class. After graduation, I went to TC3 and graduated with a Liberal Art General Studies degree. I have 2 kids, who also attend Downsville school and they both enjoy it as much I did. I am excited to be a part of the staff and watch my kids grow up in a community I grew up in.
