Few more days left! DCS After School Program, in collaboration with other districts in the area, is participating in “25 Days of Love for Our Veterans”. This program will provide holiday gift baskets to Veterans at the New York State Veterans Home in Oxford N.Y. Please consider donating to this wonderful cause to spread some cheer and show our appreciation to these brave men and women. A daily wish list is provided below. Donations can be placed in the box located in the DCS lobby. Thank you!

Ski Club Reminder! Payment and paperwork must be turned in on or before Monday, December 4, 2023 to Mrs. Bennett https://www.dcseagles.org/page/ski-club

Attention: No late buses this week after practices.

Reminder: Next Monday, 11/20 and Tuesday, 11/21 will be half days for all students. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 am with lunch being served prior to dismissal. Parent-Teacher conferences are planned for the afternoon on these half days. If you have not scheduled a parent-teacher conference and would like to do so, please contact your child's teacher. No school 11/22 - 11/24 for thanksgiving recess. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Attention DCS Students: Please dress in Red, White, and Blue tomorrow to honor our Veterans!

A message from the Guidance Department: HONOR LEVEL SYSTEM CHANGES You will notice on your report cards this year that the Honor Levels 3, 4, and 5 will now be called Honor Roll, Principal's List, and Superintendent's List, respectively. There will be no Honor Level 1 and 2. Students will be awarded quarterly for Honor Roll (quarterly average 85-89.99), Principal's List (quarterly average 90-94.99), and Superintendent's List (quarterly average 95-100) as well as for Character Awards. The end of the 1st quarter is Friday November 10th. The awards will be presented during lunch on November 17th in the auditorium. Pizza and drinks will be provided for eligible students, and they will receive paper awards.
