🎶 DCS Shines at NYSSMA! 🎶 This past weekend, 37 solos were performed by our talented students at the NYSSMA Solo Festival in Norwich! 🌟 Students have been putting in months of hard work—some since last summer—and their dedication paid off with wonderful ratings and positive feedback from adjudicators. 👏 For those unfamiliar, NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) hosts solo festivals where student musicians perform prepared pieces, sight reading, and scales for professional adjudicators. It's a fantastic opportunity to receive personalized feedback and grow as musicians! 🎼 Job Well Done to all these students: Zak K – Voice & Baritone Ryan F – Voice Braelyn G – Voice Olivia M – Voice Charley F – Voice Sadie K – Voice & Horn Joyce E – Voice Juliana D – Voice Hannah B – Voice Paige H – Voice & Clarinet Elizabeth O – Voice & Flute Alyssa H – Voice & Clarinet Rachel S – Voice & Flute Riley E – Voice Allison K – Voice & Clarinet Wyatt E – Voice Jonlyn B – Voice Marcus K – Voice & Trombone Giuliana T – Voice Hannah E – Voice Aubree M – Voice Olivia O – Voice Carl E – Voice Riley F – Timpani Everet W – Clarinet Allison R – Clarinet Alexis H – Snare Drum Raymon B – Trombone Sadye C – Clarinet We’re so proud of all our performers—way to go, DCS! 💙🎵 #DCSMusic #NYSSMA2025 #StudentSuccess
