The DCSD Capital Project vote totals were 53 Yes 8 No. Thank you to the DCS community for the support of our school.

Tomorrow is NY Thursday

A few reminders for tomorrow, Thursday, December 14. The 7-12 DCS holiday concert will be at 6 pm in the auditorium. There will be no after school program or modified basketball practice. As well, the capital project vote will take place in the front lobby from 2pm - 8pm.


Space Club will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 12/13, rather than Thursday for this week.

Concert Reminder:
DCS 7th to 12th grade concert will be Thursday, December 14 at 6 PM in the auditorium. Please note the new time from previous concerts. Students in band and chorus need to arrive by 5: 30 PM. Dressed in black.
Our Pre- K through sixth grade concert will be on Friday, December 15 at 1: 30 PM in the auditorium. Please note that this includes the fifth and sixth grade chorus and band. Students are asked to dress nicely and we can't wait to see you there.


Thursdays are for learning about Space! Today at the After School program the Space dramatic play center was open. Students learned all about the sun, what is seen in space during the day vs night, and how shadows are different at various times of the day.
