Dear Families,
I hope you’ve been able to enjoy the summer and warm weather! With back to school just around the corner, I’d like to share some updates and reminders with parents/guardians for the upcoming school year:
· The first day of school for PK-12 Downsville students is Thursday, September 4th.
· The school day starts at 7:50 am with doors opening and breakfast available beginning at 7:30 am.
· 7-12 students are dismissed at 2:37 pm, and grades PK-6 will be dismissed at 2:39 pm.
· BOCES students (CTE programs and Special Education) will begin on Thursday, 9/4.
· Breakfast and lunch continue to be FREE for ALL students.
· Our new cell phone procedures for grades 7-12 is included. PK-6 will remain the same as it has with cell phones remaining in their backpack.
