Scheduling: Attention parents and students
I will be meeting with students individually in grades 8-11 to plan for their schedule next year starting next week, 3/6. I will start with 11th graders and work my way down the grades through 8th grade.
I meet with 6th and 7th graders as a group since their only choices are band/chorus or both.

During these meetings we discuss the following:
● Credits needed to graduate as well as credits accumulated up to this point.
●Grades at this point for classes they are in now.
●Classes they are required to take next year.
●Classes they would like to take next year (electives).
●Extracurricular activities
●Filling out their NYS Career Plan.
●Discussing plans for after graduation – work, college, trade school, etc.
A copy of their Annual Review Graduation Planning Sheet with all the info we discussed will be sent home for parents to look at and sign.
