Near acuity for all newly entering students and students in Pre-K, Grades 1, 3, 5, 7, and 11.

Color perception screening for all newly entering students.

Hearing

Health Examination- REQUIRED NYS SCHOOL HEALTH EXAMINATION FORM

A physical examination including Body Mass Index (BMI) and Weight Status Category (WSC) information is required for all newly entering students and students in PreK or K, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 11th.

A letter will be sent home if there are any findings on the screening done at school that would cause concern or need follow–up. Please call the Health Office if you have any questions or concerns @ 363-2120.

HEAD LICE SCREENING

All children grades Pre-K-6th grade have been screened for head lice.  The key to stopping the spread of head lice is early intervention.  Please notify the health office @ 607-363-2120 if your child has head lice or nits present.  Remind your children not to share hats and combs.
